There is a Level 1 Umpiring Course at Southend Hockey Club on Sunday 13th October 9.30 – 4.00. Please book by 1st October. Further information and booking details can be found from the England Hockey site here. If you can commit to umpire for Chelmsford Hockey Club for a minimum of 2 years, the club will refund you the course fee.
