As previously advised, Thursday’s AGM will be held in the Chelmer Park clubhouse and, for those members unable to attend in person, online.  The meeting will start at 7:30pm.  We shall be using Microsoft Teams to facilitate online participation and any club members wishing to attend online should email the Hon. Secretary, Darren Davies, for meeting details in advance.

No paper copies of reports will be provided on the night.  Members may request a copy of the Hon. Treasurer’s report and 2023/24 club accounts in advance by emailing the Hon. Secretary, Darren Davies.  All other AGM documents may be downloaded below.
