Another win for the 5s. This week was a hard fought victory against a well-organised and determined Colchester 4s.

0-2 down at halftime we produced an excellent all round team performance to come back to win 3-2.

Colchester caught us off guard to take an early lead and doubled their score with a break away goal when Mark Clark was beaten in a one on one situation.

We began the second half in a more determined fashion and were soon rewarded with a Scot Reilley goal from a penalty corner.

David Farmer finished off a flowing move involving Josh Clark, Alan Boddy and Max Harder – who crossed for David to slot the ball home from the top of the circle to bring us level.

Chances went begging before a second penalty conversion from Scot Reilley gave us a well eager win. We now sit top of the table.
