New Pitch Use Policy

In response to concerns raised recently about increased ad hoc and informal use of the pitch the Management Committee has developed, agreed and implemented a new Pitch Use Policy.  The two main principles behind the policy are (a) the club need to be aware, primarily for security reasons, of when the pitch is in use and by whom, and (b) all users of the pitch should make a contribution to its upkeep and wear and tear.

With immediate effect any members wishing to use the pitch for anything other than official, scheduled club matches or official winter training/coaching sessions should book the pitch through Spencer Wilcox in the usual way.

Fees levied for use of the pitch will come into effect from 1 September, 2018.
