NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE CHELMSFORD HOCKEY CLUB WILL BE HELD IN THE HOCKEY CLUB MEETING ROOM AT CHELMER PARK, AT 7:30 PM ON FRIDAY, 4th JULY, 2025. ONLINE REMOTE ACCESS WILL BE PROVIDED DEPENDANT UPON DEMAND. 

1. Chairman’s Introduction
2. Apologies for absence.
3. Adoption of the minutes of the AGM held on the 21st June, 2024.
4. Matters arising.
5. To receive the Chairman’s report.
6. To receive a report on the Junior Section.
7. To receive the Treasurer’s report and to approve the draft accounts for the year ending 31^st May, 2025.
8. To set the subscriptions and match fees for the 2025/26 season.
9. To receive a report on the Chelmsford Sports Club.
10. Election of Officers.
11. To appoint an accountant to review the accounts.
12. Any other business.
