Coaching Qualifications

England Hockey coaching qualifications have changed several times in recent years.

Many coaches achieved their qualifications some years ago and, although they have undertaken recent training to ensure they understand current coaching techniques and initiatives, they still hold qualifications that may not be familiar today.  The diagram opposite provides a simple visual illustration of the relationship between the different types of historic qualification, the levels and, most importantly, which ones qualify you to act as a Lead Coach.
