As winter is almost upon us and the nights have started to get colder, it’s an opportune time to remind all junior players and parents that we occasionally have to cancel Sunday morning junior training sessions due to frozen pitches.

The pitches are inspected early on a Sunday morning if the overnight weather forecast is for sub-zero temperatures.  Announcements that junior training is cancelled will be posted on the club website, Facebook and Twitter by 8:15am latest if the pitches are unfit and unsafe for play.

If you suspect that training may be cancelled please check these social media outlets before leaving home.
