At a Special General Meeting held on 17th November, club members agreed unanimously to support the Management Committee’s proposal that the match fees previously agreed at the 2020 Annual General Meeting are temporarily reduced by £2 per head, with effect from 26thSeptember, until such time as the Management Committee agrees they should revert to the previously agreed level.
For the avoidance of doubt, the temporary fees are:
Adult, Associate – £10
Young Adult, Juniors playing Adult hockey – £6
By way of explanation, the Management Committee made this proposal on the basis that, due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, the club is unable to provide post-match refreshments, and this reduction in fees reflects the portion of the fees that would otherwise be spent on refreshments.
