The 5th XI found themselves in another tough contest with Chelmsford 6s.
Having taken the lead mid-way through the first half thanks to a Scot Reilley goal we were soon pegged back as a result of a breakaway goal.
The lead was restored via a well- worked short corner converted by David Farmer and extended to 3-1 with Scot Reilley’s second, also from a penalty corner.
In the second half we found ourselves on the back foot as the 6th XI produced some excellent team play.
Their determination was rewarded with 2 goals which left the game as a 3-3 draw: a fair reflection of the game.
