As previously advised, Friday’s AGM will be held in the meeting room at Chelmer Park and, for those members unable to attend in person, online.  The meeting will start at 7:30pm.  We shall be using Microsoft Teams to facilitate online participation and any club members wishing to attend online should email the Hon. Secretary, Darren Davies, for meeting details in advance.  Please do not distribute online meeting joining details.  This is to allow the Secretary to validate attendees’ membership status in advance of the meeting.

The meeting is open to all full and associate members of Chelmsford HC over the age of sixteen and up to eight (non-member) members of the Junior committee.

No paper copies of reports will be provided on the night.  Members may request a copy of the Hon. Treasurer’s report and 2023/24 club accounts in advance by emailing the Hon. Secretary, Darren Davies.  All other AGM documents may be downloaded below.
